Training course:  “The Basics of HIV, STIs and Hepatitis”

The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) that can cause AIDS, other sexually transmitted infections (STIs), as well as the hepatitis C virus (HCV), remain topical. Although less under the media spotlight for some time, it is still important to know how they are transmitted and what prevention tools are available to help reduce the number of infections. 

Objective :

The HIV Berodung service of the Luxembourg Red Cross offers its free online training course "The Basics of HIV, STIs and Hepatitis" in order to continue to promote:

1.

safer sex and safer use;

2.

a living environment without prejudice or discrimination.
Target group :
  • This training course is intended for anyone, professional or volunteer, who wishes to deepen his or her knowledge of HIV, STIs and hepatitis, or who wants to intervene in their primary, secondary or tertiary prevention. It also serves as a basis for more specific modules, which can be added upon request.
  • It is also possible to test one's knowledge through the various games and quizzes or to learn about a more concrete subject without having to go through the entire training course.
